• config/config.lua: hideouts, payout type, police jobs, dispatch, heat, levels
• config/jobs.lua: every job (pay, police needed, alert chance, heat, cooldown, required item, cars, targets)
• locales/: all text
• custom/server.lua: your own dispatch (Custom.PoliceAlert) and payout logs
• custom/client.lua: your own keys, fuel, notify or clothing script
